Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NutriGLP ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

NutriGLP is designed to help you:

• Track your GLP-1 medication doses (e.g., Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Victoza, Trulicity)
• Log your food intake, hydration, fiber, supplements, weight, and wellness metrics
• Visualize estimated medication blood levels through Bio Forecast charts
• Monitor your personal health trends over time
• Set reminders for medication, water intake, and weight logging

What NutriGLP Does NOT Do:

• Prescribe, recommend, or adjust medication dosages
• Diagnose medical conditions
• Provide medical advice or treatment plans
• Monitor for drug interactions or side effects
• Measure actual blood medication levels (the Bio Forecast is a mathematical estimate, not a blood test)
• Replace consultations with healthcare providers

2. No Medical Advice

2.1 Medication Information

The medication database in NutriGLP (including brand names, dosage schedules, and pharmacokinetic data) is provided for reference purposes only. This information is derived from publicly available sources (FDA labels, prescribing information) but may not be complete, up-to-date, or applicable to your specific situation.

You must:

• Follow your doctor's prescribed medication schedule
• Verify all dosages with your healthcare provider
• Report side effects to your doctor, not just log them in the app
• Consult your physician before making any changes to your medication regimen

2.2 Pharmacokinetic Estimates (Bio Forecast)

The Bio Forecast feature displays estimated medication blood level curves based on FDA-published pharmacokinetic parameters. These are mathematical models, NOT actual blood test results.

IMPORTANT:

• The curves represent approximate population averages
• Individual pharmacokinetics vary based on body weight, metabolism, kidney/liver function, and other factors
• Do NOT use these estimates to make medical decisions
• Do NOT adjust your medication timing based solely on the app's predictions

2.3 No Interpretation of Data

While NutriGLP displays charts, trends, and insights based on your logged data:

• We do NOT interpret what this data means for your health
• We do NOT provide recommendations based on your data
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for discussing your tracking data with your healthcare provider

3. Emergency Situations

NutriGLP does not monitor your health in real-time and cannot detect emergencies.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

4.1 No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted

4.2 No Responsibility for Health Outcomes

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• How you interpret or use the tracking data
• Any side effects, adverse reactions, or health complications you experience while using the app
• Missed medication doses due to app errors or notification failures
• Incorrect data entry by you
• Any medical decisions you make based on the app's features
• Any harm resulting from reliance on Bio Forecast predictions
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the app instead of professional medical advice

4.3 Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Subscription and Billing Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

NutriGLP offers two access tiers:

5.2 Free Trial

• You must subscribe to start your 7-day free trial
• No charge if you cancel before the trial ends
• If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to Premium features until the subscription period ends
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period

5.5 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store
• We use RevenueCat, Inc. as a third-party service to manage subscription status, purchase validation, and entitlement delivery
• RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription transaction data for verification purposes only
• Neither we nor RevenueCat have access to your credit card or payment information

5.6 Third-Party Services

NutriGLP uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage in-app subscriptions. By subscribing to NutriGLP Premium, you acknowledge that your subscription data (anonymous user ID, transaction receipts, subscription status, device platform, and app version) will be processed by RevenueCat in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. RevenueCat does not receive any of your health data.

5.7 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Data Entry

You are responsible for entering accurate information into the app. We are not responsible for errors in your entries.

6.2 Device Security

Since your health data is stored locally on your device, you must secure your iPhone with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

6.3 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use NutriGLP. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with parental consent and supervision.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NutriGLP only for lawful, personal health tracking purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the app to harm yourself or others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app to violate any laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

NutriGLP and all its content are owned by the NutriGLP team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the health data you enter into the app.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to NutriGLP to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using NutriGLP at any time by deleting the app from your device (this will erase all your tracking data). We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of California.

• RevenueCat processes subscription data only (not health data)
• You must be 18+ (or have parental consent)
• Premium subscription auto-renews after a 7-day free trial
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
